When does my membership/certification expire?

Your renewal date is the day that you passed the initial certification exam (RMC, RMM, RMA, RMB, or REMS). This will be located under your member account.

Will I receive notifications that my membership and certification are about to expire?

Renewal reminders will be sent to you via mail and email 90, 60, and 30 days before your renewal date each year.

I passed my renewal date for my RMC, RMM, RMB, and/or RRC certification. What do I do?

You will need to purchase a 30-, 60-, or 90-day extension. This will give you 30, 60, or 90 days past your renewal date to complete the entire renewal process. If you pass your renewal date by more than 90 days, you will need to re-take the initial certification exam.

What materials do I need to take watch the RMC Renewal Webinars and Quiz?

Current years CPT and ICD-10 updates and changes and pass a short 10 question quiz.

Can you tell me what questions I got wrong on my exam?

To protect the integrity of the online exams, we are not at liberty to disclose the questions and/or answers. However, we are able to provide the areas in which questions were answered incorrectly, as well as the amount missed per section.

I forgot my username and password to the learning site. What do I do?

Go to the learning site https://mmiclasses.memberclicks.net/login#/login and click on the “forgot password” button. You can then enter your email address to receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password.

Note: If you don’t receive the email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. 

I’m entering the correct username and password but it still isn’t letting me log in.

Make sure you are using a current browser. The learning site requires you to use the most updated version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer. Also clear your cache, browsing history and cookies.

How do I submit the CEUs to maintain my certification?

You can log your CEUs into your CEU tracker under the member portal. CLICK HERE for instructions

Note: If you purchased CEU courses directly through MMI, they will automatically be applied toward your upcoming certification renewal.

How many CEUs do I need to submit each year in order to keep my credentials current and up-to-date?

You will need 12 CEUs annually for one credential and six more CEUs for each additional credential you hold.

Example: If you hold the RMC credential, you must submit 12 CEUs. If you add on the RMM credential, you will need an additional six CEUs for a total of 18 CEUs to submit each year.

I was in the middle of taking the exam and my internet went out. Are my answers lost?

No, the learning site automatically saves your answers throughout the exam. You are able to log back into the learning site and resume the exam where you left off.

Note: The exam will automatically submit after the set time limit.

I’ve passed my my RMC quiz, submitted the required CEUs, and paid the annual membership fee! When will I receive my new card and seal?

Starting January 1, 2022 seals for certifications will no longer be sent out. On March 1, 2022 all members will have a member account they can log into and see all their member and certification info. With this new system you will also be able to log your own CEUs instead of faxing or emailing them to us.
